PIAA Officials Convention

The PIAA Officials Convention is being held this year on August 7th and 8th at Hilton Harrisburg (One North Second Street, Harrisburg, Pa 17101). Officials must attend the convention every 5 years to be eligible for the State Playoff Crew. The PIAA offers chapter members a registration discount for having 5 or more members attending the convention. If we can get 5 or more chapter members to attend this year’s convention the cost would be $90 per person. If you plan to attend this years convention please let me know so I can see if we have enough members attending to get the discount.
The convention wraps up with a banquet that honors officials that have officiated 30+ years. If you have not attended the banquet and been honored for your 30+ years of service, please consider doing so. The banquet is free to all that attend the banquet but there is additional cost if you bring your spouse or significant other. That cost is $40 dollars.
I have attached the registration form for those that are interested in registering with the chapter and getting the discounted rate. Please mail the registration form and a check made out to Cody Diehl (908 Country Place Drive Lancaster, PA 17601) by June 26th. Once I know that we have 5 or more members, I will email those that responded saying they were going so that you can fill out the form and send payment. I will send the all the registration forms and one check to the PIAA.
