Football is one of the great traditions of our communities, and the Lancaster-Lebanon PIAA Football Chapter is proud to help make the game possible.
We are a team of dedicated PIAA-certified officials serving high school and youth football programs throughout Lancaster County and the surrounding region. While our members come from diverse backgrounds, we share a common purpose: providing fair, safe, and professional officiating while promoting sportsmanship, respect, and integrity for every student-athlete, coach, and school we serve.
Officiating is about more than enforcing rules. It demands preparation, teamwork, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure. Through ongoing training, rules study, mechanics instruction, and mentorship, our officials are committed to continuous improvement and excellence on the field.
