DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be in the auditorium at Manheim Central High School. \nPlease park in front of the school and enter through the front doors; the auditorium is directly across from the entrance. \nAll coaches and officials are required to attend the 2026 Football Mandatory Rules Meeting. \nThis meeting will review rule changes\, points of emphasis\, player safety initiatives\, administrative updates\, sportsmanship expectations\, and league policies for the upcoming season. \nAttendance is mandatory to ensure all participants have a clear understanding of current rules\, procedures\, and expectations before the start of competition. \nTopics will include: \n\n2026 rule updates and interpretations\nPlayer safety and risk management\nSportsmanship and conduct expectations\nGame administration procedures\nCoach and team responsibilities\nQuestions and open discussion\n\nAttendance will be documented. \nPlease arrive on time and be prepared to participate in a productive discussion as we work together to provide a safe\, fair\, and successful football season for all participants. \n
